Using EMPS (Employers' Mutual Protection Service) we check if potential recruits are misrepresenting themselves and their past. EMPS is an umbrella body of the Criminal Records Bureau and Disclosure Scotland, and is also a division of the Lodge Service Group.

EMPS operates in accordance with the BS7858 code of practice, and is currently employed by numerous companies nationally and internationally.
